Implementing Rules and Regulations. The DOF, in coordination with the PEZA, the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and the Bureau of Customs (BOC) , and in consultation with the Bases Conversion Development Authority (BCDA) , the SBMA, the CDC, the JHMC, the PPMC, and the BTPI, shall promulgate and publish the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act within two months from the date of effectivity of this Act.
