Conversion. - The Bataan Polytechnic State College in the Province of Bataan, including its integrated campuses, namely: the Bataan Community Colleges in the City of Balanga and the Bataan National School for Filipino Craftsmen in the Municipality of Orani, all located in the Province of Bataan is hereby converted into a state university to be known as the Bataan Peninsula State University (BPSU) , hereinafter referred to as the University, integrating therewith the Bataan State College in the Municipality of Dinalupihan, also in the Province of Bataan. The main campus of the University shall be in the City of Balanga.
