The 9.62 kilometer stretch comprising the Bacolod Section of the Bacolod - Murcia - San Carlos Road from the junction of Araneta Street to the boundary of Bacolod City and the Municipality of Murcia in Negros Occidental, is hereby renamed as the Romeo G. Guanzon Avenue.
