Appointment of a Consultant. - The executive director may, from time to time, as and when necessary, appoint any person who possesses the ability and expertise to carry out archival research and documentation work.
The term of appointment of a consultant shall be prescribed in a contract of service.
The functions of a consultant are as follows:
(1) To assist documentation work;
(2) To do research for the purpose of, and compile and produce, archival publications; and
(3) To assist in any activities as may be deemed necessary by the executive director.
