System of Registration and Accreditation. - Pursuant to the provisions of this Act, the National Archives of the Philippines shall institute a comprehensive program for the registration and accreditation of various public archives nationwide. Such system of registration and accreditation shall include among others, the mechanism for updating public archives of recent methods, techniques and procedures in records management and the annual reportorial requirements of their archival holdings. Towards this end, the National Archives of the Philippines shall conduct an archival audit consistent with the provision of Section 34 hereof.
