Prohibition on Public Access or Replication. - Accessing or replicating a public archive or protected record which is under the control and custody of the National Archives shall be deemed prohibited. Such prohibition on public access shall be noted in the Public Access Registry, in accordance with Section 15(e) (2) of this Act.
