Matters not Covered by this Act. The provisions of Republic Act No. 3765, otherwise known as the "Truth in Lending Act", Republic Act No. 7394 or the "Consumer Act of the Philippines" and other existing laws, insofar as they are not in conflict with any provision of this Act, shall apply in matters not otherwise specifically provided in this Act.
