Disposition of Proceeds from the Tax Amnesty. An amount equivalent to Four hundred million pesos (P400,000,000.00) of the collection from the tax amnesty herein granted shall accrue to the Department of Finance and shall be used exclusively for purposes of instituting a Management Information System as mandated under Section 12 of this Act.
