Incorporation of the 1992 Civil Liability Convention and 1992 Fund Convention. - Subject to the provisions of this Act, the 1992 Civil Liability Convention and 1992 Fund Convention and their subsequent amendments shall form part of the law of the Republic of the Philippines.
