Reinstatement Reissuance or Replacement of Certificate of Registration and Professional Identification Card. - Two years after the date of revocation, the Board may, upon application and for reasons deemed proper and sufficient, reinstate any revoked certificate of registration and reissue a professional identification card; and :in so doing, the Board may, in its discretion, exempt the applicant from taking another examination.
