Extension of Period of Availment. - The availment period of the incentives provided herein may be extended by the ASEZA, in the event that the registered enterprise suffers operational force majeure or any event equivalent thereto, impairing its viability: Provided, That the availment period shall not exceed the duration of the said force majeure or equivalent event.
