Ownership of Waterworks System, Water Springs or Water Sources, Roads, Streets, etc. - Notwithstanding the provisions of Republic Act No. 1383 and other existing laws, all existing waterworks belonging to the national government, water springs and water Sources shall be owned by the City of Naga and an revenues therefrom shall accrue to the general fund of the City. All existing municipal, provincial and national roads, streets, bridges, docks, piers, wharves, machineries, equipment and other public works improvements shall be owned by the City of Naga.
