The Provincial Schools Division. - The DepEd shall, within two months from the commencement of the corporate existence of the province herein created, establish and maintain a separate schools division in the province whose jurisdiction shall cover the municipalities under the lone legislative district of the province.
The provincial schools division shall be headed by a division superintendent who must possess the necessary qualifications required by the DepEd.
