Issuance of Rules of Procedure and Practice. - The Board may authorize the Director General to issue or amend rules of procedures and practice as may be required to be issued pursuant to the provisions of this Act or issue and adopt rules and regulations and other issuances of the ICAO. Pending the promulgation of such new rules of procedures and practice, current rules of procedures and practices of the AT0 shall continue to apply.
