Lien on Personal and Real Properties. - The Director General shall have the power to impose lien on personal and real properties, and other assets of persons, corporations, partnerships, and such other entities that shall be in default, or fail to perform their obligations, or fail to pay the fines and other penalties imposed for violations of the law, rules and regulations of the Authority.
Properties and assets levied upon may be sold and the proceeds thereof shall be applied to the satisfaction of the obligation after due notice and hearing.
