Inflation Adjustment to Civil Penalties. - The Director General shall adjust the monetary level of the penalties, as may be authorized by the Board to impose, at least once every four (4) years: Provided, That the Board shall promulgate such revised penalties in accordance with the Administrative Code of the Philippines and economic/monetary index provided by the Monetary Board, including any revision or successor thereto.
