Qualifications of Director General. - No person shall be appointed or designated as the Director General unless he is a Filipino citizen, at least thirty-five (35) years of age, of good moral character, unquestionable integrity, recognized competence and a degree holder with at least five (5) years supervisory or management experience in the field of aviation.
