Implementing Rules and Regulations on the Non-Discriminatory Clause. - Within one hundred twenty (120) days from the effectivity of this Act, the Department of Health, in consultation with the Department of Trade and Industry, shall promulgate the rules and regulations necessary to effectively implement the provisions of this Chapter.
