Implementing Rules and Regulations to the Amendments to the Generics Act of 1988. - The Department of Health, in consultation with the appropriate government agencies, shall, within one hundred twenty (120) days from the effectivity of this Act, promulgate the rules and regulations necessary to effectively implement the provisions of this Act that relate to Republic Act No. 6675, or the Generics Act of 1988.
