Implementing Rules and Regulations to the Amendments to the Pharmacy Law. - The Department of Health, in consultation with the appropriate government agencies, within one hundred twenty (120) days from the effectivity of this Act, shall promulgate the rules and regulations necessary to effectively implement the provisions of this Chapter.
