Applicability Clause. - The Grantee shall comply with and be subject to the provisions of Commonwealth Act No. 146, as amended, otherwise known as the "Public Services Act", which have not otherwise been modified or repealed by Republic Act No. 9136, otherwise known as the Electric Power Industry Reform Act of 2001.
