Period of Grant of Fiscal Incentives. - The fiscal incentives granted under Section 15 of this Act shall apply to all RE capacities upon the effectivity of this Act. The National Renewable Energy Board, in coordination with the Department of Energy, shall submit a yearly report on the implementation of this Act to the Philippine Congress, through the Joint Congressional Power Commission, every January of each year following the period in review, indicating among others, the progress of RE development in the country and the benefits and impact generated by the development and utilization of its renewable energy resources in the context of its energy security and climate change imperatives.

This shall serve as basis for the Joint Congressional Power Commission review of the incentives as provided for in this Act towards ensuring the full development of the country's RE capacities under a rationalized market and incentives scheme.
