Congressional Oversight. - Upon the effectivity of this Act, the Joint Congressional Power Commission created under Section 62 of Republic Act No. 9136, otherwise known as the "Electric Power Industry Reform Act of 2001" shall exercise oversight powers over the implementation of this Act.
