The Title of Republic Act No. 8569 is hereby amended to read as follows:
"AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY CANTAONGON, MUNICIPALITY OF LOON, PROVINCE OF BOHOL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE GOV. JACINTO C. BORJA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR".
