Implementing Rules and Regulations. - The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), in coordination with the BFP, the BJMP, the CSC and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), shall promulgate within sixty (60) days the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.
