Philippine Retirement Authority. - For purposes of policy and program coordination, the Philippine Retirement Authority is hereby attached to the Department and placed under the supervision of the Secretary. The Secretary shall be the ex officio Chairperson of its Board of Trustees: Provided, That this provision shall apply after the expiration of the term of office of the incumbent Chairperson.
