Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws of TEZ Operators. - Except as provided herein and as may be provided by rules and regulations duly promulgated by the TIEZA, each duly incorporated TEZ operator shall draft its articles of incorporation and bylaws in accordance with the Corporation Code.
