Transitory Provision. - Within ninety (90) days from the effectivity of this Act, the DTI - Bureau of Trade Regulation and Consumer Protection (BTRCP) shall transfer all pertinent records, documents and other materials to the Professional Regulatory Board of Real Estate Service.
