Separation and Conversion into a National High School. - The Constancio Padilla National High School - Sto. NIño 3rd Annex in Barangay Sto. Niño, City of San Jose, Province of Nueva Ecija is hereby separated from the Constancio Padilla National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Sto. NIño 3rd National High School.
