Administration Costs. The Fund shall bear the costs of its administration and development, in such amounts and/or limits as the Board of Trustees may deem appropriate, but not exceeding two percent (2%) of the Net Fund Assets of the previous year, excluding operating cost directly relating to the lending operations of the Fund.
