A Stretch of the national highway along the Davao Oriental-Surigao Coastal Road which begins at the boundary of the provinces of Compostela Valley and Davao Oriental at Barangay Pintatagan, Municipality of Banaybanay traversing the municipalities of Lupon and San Isidro up to the boundary of the First and Second Districts of the Province of Davao Oriental at Barangay Mayo in the City of Mati, Province of Davao Oriental shall hereinafter be known as the Pres. Diosdado P. Macapagal National Highway.
