Continuing Education, Re-education and Training Health Personnel. - The DOH, with the assistance of the NIH and other concerned government agencies, professional associations and civil society organizations, shall:
(a)Conduct continuing information, education, reeducation and training programs for healthcare practitioners on the rationale, benefits, and procedures of hearing loss screening; and
(b)Prepare, produce, and disseminate information materials on newborn screening annually to all health personnel involved in maternal and pediatric care.
