Appropriations. - The appropriations for the BFAD and the BHDT included in the budget of the DOH under the current General Appropriations Act shall be used to carry out the implementation of this Act. The appropriation may be augmented by the income which the agency is authorized to use under this Act. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for its continued implementation shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
