Appropriations. - The amount necessary for the initial implementation of this Act shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the Naval Institute of Technology and the Biliran National Agricultural College, except the sums needed to continue the operations of the existing high school/s. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the continued operation and maintenance of the Naval State University shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
