Curricular Offerings. - The University shall offer graduate, undergraduate, ladderized courses and short term technical courses within its areas of specialization and according to its capabilities, as the Board of Regents may deem necessary to carry out its objectives, particularly to meet the needs of the Province of Samar and Region VIII: Provided, That no degree program shall be offered without the approval of the Commission on Higher Education before the same shall be approved by its Board.
The existing high school in San Jorge campus shall be the high school laboratory of the Bachelor of Secondary Education under the supervision of the College of Teacher Education: Provided, That the high school school shall be allowed to remain and operate within the campus of SSCAF: Provided, further, That the University may operate a reasonably-sized laboratory school to serve as feeders to college courses for campuses offering teacher education curriculum.
