Creation of the Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB). - There is hereby created a body corporate to be known as the Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB), hereafter referred to as the AFAB which shall manage and operate the FAB, in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
