Election of Provincial Governor and Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members of the Province of Laguna. - The qualified voters of the City of Biñan shall be qualified to vote and run for any elective position in the elections for provincial governor, provincial vice governor, sangguniang panlalawigan members and other elective officials for the Province of Laguna.
