Conversion. - The Polytechnic State College of Antique (PSCA) in the Municipality of Sibalom, Province of Antique, including the PSCA - Hamtic Campus in the Municipality of Hamtic and the PSCA - Tario Lim Ruiz Campus in the Municipality of Tibiao, all located in the Province of Antique is hereby converted into a state university to be known as the University of Antique (UA), hereinafter referred to as the University. The main campus of the University shall be in Sibalom, Antique.
