Separation and Conversion into a National High School. - The Sapao National High School - Libertad Annex in Barangay Libertad, Municipality of Sta. Monica, Province of Surigao del Norte is hereby separated from the Sapao National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Libertad National High School.
