Separation and Conversion into a National High School. - The Socorro National High School - Nueva Estrella Annex in Barangay Nueva Estrella, Municipality of Socorro, Province of Surigao del Norte is hereby separated from the Socorro National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Nueva Estrella National High School.
