Separation and Conversion into a National High School. - The Alfonso Castañeda National High School - Pelaway Annex in Barangay Pelaway, Municipality of Alfonso Castañeda, Province of Nueva Vizcaya is hereby separated from the Alfonso Castañeda High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Casecnan National High School.
