Keeping of Records. - The Commission shall require every pre-need company to keep its books, records, accounts and vouchers in such manner that the Commission's authorized representatives may readily verify the company's annual statements and ascertain whether the company is solvent and has complied with the provisions of this Code or the circulars, instructions, rulings or decisions of the Commission.
