Commission's Power to Assume Trustee Functions. - In cases where the Commission has ordered the liquidation of the pre-need company, the Commission may immediately take custody of the trust fund established by the pre-need company, and the pre-need company shall forthwith deliver custody and an accounting of the same. Henceforth, the Commission shall have the full power and control over the fund to satisfy the pre-need company's obligations to planholders.
