Review of Commission Orders or Decisions. - Any person aggrieved by an order or decision of the Commission, whether in relation to its settlement of a claim of a planholder or in the exercise of its regulatory authority, may appeal the order or decision to the Court of Appeals by petition for review in accordance with the pertinent provisions of the Rules of Court.
