Implementing Rules and Regulations. - The Commission shall adopt such rules and regulations for the proper and effective implementation of this Code within sixty (60) days from approval hereof. The Commission shall publish once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in two (2) newspapers of general circulation the, rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to the preceding section.
