Buffer Zones. - Buffer zones surrounding the MBSCPL shall be established pursuant to the NIPAS Act for the purpose of providing an extra layer of protection around the area, where restrictions can apply and communities can assist in repealing threats to the MBSCPL. Such buffer zones shall be managed according to the management plan formulated pursuant to this Act.
