Separation and Conversion into a Nat6ional High School- The Maragusan National High School- New Albay Annex in Barangay New Albay, Municipality of Maragusan, Province of Compostela Valley is hereby separated from Maragusan National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as New Albay National High School.
