Separation and Conversion into a National High School.- The Jacinto P. Elpa National High School- Bolhoon Annex in Barangay Bolhoon, Municipality of San Miguel, Province of Surigao del sur is hereby separated from the Jacinto P. Elpa National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Bolhoon National High School.
