Separation and Conversion into a National High School. - The Kalinga National High School - Malalao Annex in Barangay Malalao, City of Tabuk, Province of Kalinga is hereby separated from the Kalinga National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Eastern Kalinga National High School.
