Separation and Conversion into a National High School. - The Sto. Tomas National High School - La Libertad Annex in Barangay La Libertad, Municipality of Sto. Tomas, Province of Davao del Norte is hereby separated from the Sto. Tomas National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as La Libertad National High School.
